Lizzie is a young harpist available for weddings, private functions and corporate events. She graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with a BMus (Hons) degree in music, with a specialty in harp performance. Alongside her studies, she took on the role of principal harpist in both the Royal Holloway Symphony and Chamber Orchestra, performing in numerous concerts.

Lizzie has also provided harp music at a variety of venues, including Wentworth Golf Club, and the Savill Gardens in Windsor.

The harp is ideal for wedding ceremonies, or after for reception / dinner music.

As a stunningly beautiful instrument, the harp is always a welcome addition to the elegance of a wedding. The sound of the harp carries well in even a large room full of guests, and yet is delicate enough not to become intrusive. It provides a gentle background to conversation, and creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

With a wide repertoire, Lizzie can provide music from a variety of genres, and can tailor her performance to your particular needs. Lizzie is more than happy to consider any special requests you may have, although this is subject to the availability and suitability of the music.

Lizzie plays a Russian Cecilia pedal harp, an elegant 6ft concert instrument. However, should a full-size harp not be practical for your event, Lizzie also offers performances on her Pilgrim Clarsach lever harp.

Lizzie’s repertoire ranges from traditional harp music to contemporary songs from bands such Green Day.

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and relay everyone’s positive comments. You were absolutely brilliant on the day, in terms of your playing and also your presence which was calm and professional. I am so pleased that my lasting memories of hearing you play are of the two pieces you played for my entry and our exit. Thanks once again - you really helped make our ceremony and drinks reception exactly what we wanted it to be.

Cameron and I wanted to thank you so much for the music you played at our wedding - you were absolutely phenomenal and so many people talked fondly of you afterwards. An additional thanks is for taking the time to learn the Coldplay tune for when Cameron arrived - it meant the world to both of us. Thank you for being a huge element to what was a day to be cherished forever in our lives. We will gladly recommend you to friends and family.

Lizzie, what can I say; everyone loved your music, especially as you did requests. How you managed some of the more obscure ones from some of our friends I do not know. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Bev Maller, August 2011

“Enchanting” and “magical” describes having you play for the Golden Wedding celebration here. I shall never forget the look on my mother and father’s faces when they walked down the garden and saw you playing the harp so beautifully in the marquee. Thank you so much for your total professionalism, from the wonderful sound, your dress, to the way you answered all the questions from the guests. Everybody found it a great experience and we have received many telephone calls from guests praising you.

Amanda Olley, June 2010

All of the guests commented on how beautiful the music sounded and how it just flowed through the terrace and just added to make a perfect atmosphere. Take this as our personal thanks to you for contributing to what was our perfect wedding day.
